Plus - they just end up in a landfill. This year we are encouraging guests to BRING YOUR OWN NOISEMAKER!  That's right --- big, small, loud, quiet --- we want you to bring a fun noisemaker with you to our NYE party. We like original ideas, creative people and things that make a party memorable. Make memories with us! *No firearms, illegal apparatuses, or dangerous items allowed. Use discretion please. If we REALLY like your 'noisemaker,' you may just win a prize!  New Year's Eve in Northern Colorado - Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Timnath, Berthoud, Estes Park, Longmont  Do you have additional questions about our New Year's event? Hopefully we can answer them here.  Q: Is parking available at the hotel? Is it free? A: Yes, The Hilton is providing free parking to all overnight guests AND all Midnight Ball guests! Q: What music will be played? A: The music will be a variety of whatever keeps people on the dance floor. After guests purchase tickets online http://www.noconewyearseve.com/ they receive a survey where they can select the music they would most like to hear! Our DJ is VERY talented and our crowd will be diverse. We'll do our best to make everyone happy! Q: How many people will attend? A: We can only guess, but in the past this event has always attracted over 200 guests - closer to 300. Our events grow every year! Q: Do men have to wear a tux? A: No, we don't require any specific attire. This is a formal event, but we want you to dress in what makes you feel good. Dressy attire is suggested. Q: Will there be any singles there? A: YES! Our events attract both couples and singles. Q: I'm a designated driver, what do I need to know? A: Thank you for being safe! All DD's will receive a special wristband at check in. Be sure to let us know that you are a DD. You will receive free non-alcoholic beverages all night. Q: What sort of food will be at this event? A: The Hilton has a menu that appeals to everyone. Since the ball is a late evening event, we are not serving dinner. Expect light appetizers and a decadent dessert display. Please have dinner prior to the ball. Q: Do you have to be over 21 for this event? A: Yes, only 21 will be allowed to attend. We will ID at the door. Q: Is this event for 20-somethings, or older folks? A: Our events usually appeal to the 30+ crowd. For NYE balls, there is no way of knowing who all will attend (without our asking your age when you book). Hi! My name is Craig- I go by DJKAAOS in my little world of DJ'ing. I've been a DJ since 1995 where I started my DJ adventures as a Hip Hop DJ. In the mid 2000's, I started getting recognition in the Denver nightlife and concert scene where I made a name for myself and gained plenty of exposure through hundreds of DJ shows. Today, I now DJ more events than the nightlife scene and I not only prefer it, I love it! Having this opportunity to DJ a NYE party in a ballroom is absolutely perfect for me as I prefer not to be stuck in a night club or bar. I've established the reputation for being able to rock a party for the masses with my excellent ability to read a crowd and keep all demographics on the dance floor simultaneously. Great dance music is great dance music, no matter the era. All will dance as long as the vibe allows and that's where I excel. I'm also known for my extremely high level of professionalism in my approach from start to finish, so PLEASE, don't let the name KAAOS alarm you, I'm just a big goof ball and the name KAAOS came from my high school football days and I just adopted the name for my DJ'ing when I was offered my first gig and needed to come up with a DJ name in a hurry, so here we are 22 years later still sporting the name KAAOS. I use REAL turntables, state of the art sound and dance floor lighting and I will establish a strong DJ presence at all of my events.
